So, today I spent the majority of my day doing some manual labor and painting the American Prairie Foundation’s new offices. Understandably, this is not part of my internship, but they were having trouble finding work for me while in their offices. Tomorrow is where the real adventure begins. I will be flying out to the reserve tomorrow morning at 9:00 am and will tour the reserve with National Geographic from the air. We will then arrive in a small airstrip in Malta, MT, and take some 4 wheel drive vehicles to the ranch house, about 50 miles on a dirt road. I will get some pictures of the whole event up as soon as possible. Thanks for reading!

Keith–Just signing on for the first time. I’d be interested in hearing your first impressions of the landscape up there.

Mr. Dolan
Thanks for visiting. I will post a big entry today talking about the landscape, since I have time and am completely alone out here…
